Here is what I have tried so far and none of them worked. -Restarted Computer (also I have no files that are waiting to be printed or anything) -Uninstalled the drivers what shall i do? Then my service technician told me that I need original cartridges to reset my printer. I haven't tried a new cable yet, but I'm thinking - why does Canon keep frustrating it's customers for a couple of years now, as it seems, by selling a device
