Plug it up and power on. Clean the pads, the while nylon arm, and the soft wiper as good as you can. I can't use the clean rollers option because I can't get around this error.I would really rather not drive 1 1/2 hours to nearest service center.
In case the printer is exposed to dust, clean the sliding section of the purge unit and apply some grease on it. Simply slide the cartridges to the left and push the sponges down. Sign in to report inappropriate content. Can you help?
